Exchange
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Exchange is allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.
• Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the mistake was from our side.

Returns
• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
• Once approved, a refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.
• Sale or discounted items.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit, based on our policy.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
